Goku saiyan had Saiyan Planet as birth place. When he was born, he had a fighting power only five units. this made his father, Badock, being disappointed because he was a top level fighter of Saiyan star. Goky’s father was inferior than only Vegeta, the king of Saiyan planet. So, Goky’s father had an idea to send Goku to another star to keep him safe from danger and hoped him to rule over the star in the future. According to the story, there’s only two persons, Badock and Radiz, who were his bloodline.

Goku saiyan had a general character like other Saiyan fighters, that was to love fighting. He was happy when he had a chance to fight with the stronger fighters. Saiyan members love eating, so they can eat much food as can be seen from Goku, Gohan, Trunk, and Vegeta. In fighting aspect, Saiyan people had a special characteristic which was the ability to transform themselves to be giant monkey. The giant monkey had fighting power 10 times more than normal Saiyan people. The limitation was that they could transform to be the gient monkeys only in the full moon night and only Vegita could create the moon by himself.

Goku saiyan was the first one who was the legendary fighter which could be born in every 1,000 years. The legendary figheter could be also called “Super saiyan”. When Goku could be super saiyan, his power and speed increased. But later there were so many Saiyan fighters who could change to be super saiyan.

Fighters who have Saiyan blood are Goku, Gohan, Goten, Trunk, Vegeta, and Vegeta’s brother who just appeared in the special episode of Dragonball.
